URSULA ROYAL APARTAMENTS RENT RULES
The following are the terms and conditions that apply to the rental of Ursula Royal apartments internet registration system www.ursularoyal.lt, (except our partner websites, that link to our home page) via internet, mobile devices or contacting us by mobile / e-mail. While browsing or in any other way using the information placed in our web site www.ursularoyal.lt, booking apartments, you must declare that you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions:
1. Ursula Royal apartments can be used all calendar year ( for short-term lease – from one night to several nights or longer – from few weeks to few months).
2. All the prices placed in website www.ursularoyal.lt are rent prices for 1 (one) apartment for 1 (one) night (depends on arrival and departure time). All bills are included.
3. By making a reservation request, you agree that you understand and that you will adhere to the following terms and conditions, as well to the additional terms of service listed below:
• All infants until 2 years can be accommodated free of charge when using extra beds. In this case, infants until 2 years are not included in total number of guests.
• Children who are older than 2 years old and other adults will be charged extra (unless there is an agreement).
4. Check–in can be done from 2 pm, guests must check-out until 12 am. Key under request 24h. Please call mob. 00370 675 55 104
5. All orders / reservations must be canceled at least 3 days before the arrival date which is placed in the registration confirmation.
6. Rent payment can be made by bank draft or at arrival in cash or by credit card. Payments by credit card is only available at the service purchase place using credit card reader. Any other options are not available.
7. Smoking is forbidden in Ursula Royal apartments.
8. No pets are allowed in Ursula Royal apartments.
9. Guest is being registered in Ursula Royal apartments register book, information included: Name, surname, personal code or date of birth, ID number, apartment number, vacation time, telephone number, email address, signature. Information is not passed to any third party without client agreement, if information is not related to i) obligations under these Conditions, ii) government and other competent authorities of official authority vested by laws and other legal acts, iii) with any other cases provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
10. Arrivals are introduced to the internal terms and conditions, rented apartment is shown, operation of the devices in the apartment is explained, guest (guests) questions are answered and the keys of apartment are given. While staying for one week or longer, bed sheets are changed once per week, towels twice per week.
11. If some damage is done in apartment or territory around apartment, ( broken windows, plumbing, broken furniture, damaged devices for their use, and so on) client must compensate for all the losses according to the law of Republic of Lithuania.
12. We are not responsible for valuables left in the apartments, guests are responsible for the care of their own belongings.
13. Guest must respect others peacetime and not misbehave disturbing other guests. Quiet hours are from 11 pm until 6 am.
